HKNZBA welcomes holiday season |

 The festive season was celebrated in style by members and friends of the HKNZBA on December 15 at the Copthorne Harbourcity Hotel on Auckland’s waterfront.
More than 40 members and the Consul General for the People's Republic of China Madame Liao Juhua enjoyed the informal gathering. The highlight of the evening was the drawing of eight lucky prizes to the amusement of all – especially when an esteemed guest drew her own business card!
  The HKNZBA is seeing a post recession resurgence in membership numbers, aided by NZ's recent conclusion of a free trade agreement with Hong Kong. The Closer Economic Partnership, the first for HK outside of the one it has with the Mainland, will be formally signed late in March. |
