HKABA NSW Chapter successfully organised its 2010 Hong Kong Budget Briefing on 14th April 2010 at Emperor’s Garden Seafood Restaurant in Sydney. More than 60 people attend the event, both HKABA members and guests very much enjoyed the function especially the dim sim dishes provided by Emperor’s Garden Seafood Restaurant.
