Hong Kong Computer & Communications Festival 2009

The Hong Kong Computer & Communications Festival 2009 (HKCCF2009) will be staged at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre from August 21 to 24.

Organised by the Chamber of Hong Kong Computer Industry, HKCCF was first launched in 2004 in response to the rapid development of computer and information technology and the need to open up new opportunities in the industry. It has now become the largest exhibition for IT industry in the region.

Last year's event saw more than 80 local and overseas professional bodies registering as supporting organisations. The 2008 four-day exhibition featured more than 600 booths, generating more than A$38 million in turnover. It also attracted record breaking crowds, with more than half a million international visitors attending the event.

This year's HKCCF - 50% bigger than last year's festival – will feature cutting edge technology and innovation including HD audiovisuals, digital products, software, business solution, games and export zones.
