Four months into 2015 and the Chapters are well into planning some really exciting events.
Recently WA had its 1st Scholarship Launch and the lucky recipient was Corina Hoang of Curtin University.
In March. Dumplings and Drinks were thoroughly enjoyed by members and friends at Bar 138. Migration to Australia by HLB Mann Judd shared its insight on China’s business, migration services and business networks. |

South Australia went all the way to Hong Kong to welcome the koalas in Ocean Park. The Premier, Governor and a host of dignitaries arrived in Hong Kong to officially open the “Adventures in Australia Exhibit”. |

The “Adventures in Australia” Exhibit opened with a Gala Spectacular at Ocean Park. HKABA-SA Delegates were given prime seating for the opening ceremony ensuring they caught all the action. Delegates were thrilled to see the strong emphasis on South Australian Tourism, Wine, Food, culture and lifestyle. Around 100 members of Hong Kong media were also in attendance promoting the event throughout Hong Kong SAR & China.

The HKABA-SA delegation also conducted a Market Research Program with visits to the Shangri-La Hotel, Park n Shop, HK Football Club and culminating in a delicious dinner with SA wines from Patritti Wines. Approximately 15 South Australian SMEs were represented. |

How Queensland Thrive in Hong Kong provided frontline feedback on how SMEs thrive in Hong Kong, especially in the areas of import and export, education, investments and professional services.
Victoria held its 1st Young Professional seminar in an evening of networking and insights into the mindset of Young Professional Entrepreneur.
New South Wales held a Welcome to 2015 Yum Cha lunch to start off its 2015 calendar, and will continue to host events for its members.
