Last year’s Hong Kong Optical Fair attracted a record of more than 16,000 buyers from 106 countries and regions, up seven per cent over the previous year. The number of buyers from numerous emerging markets rose significantly, including the Chinese mainland, India, Indonesia, the Philippines and Thailand. The fair hosted 800 exhibitors in 2017 and in 2018 new categories such as the Contact Lens zone, Optical IT solutions and retail fixtures will be showcased. |
