  Hong Kong Immigration Department’s talent attraction visit
Representatives from the Hong Kong Immigration Department will deliver up-to-date information on all of Hong Kong’s immigration channels and opportunities to university students, professional groups and business associations at talks and gatherings to be held in various cities in Australia and New Zealand from end April to early May. Participants will learn more about the admission schemes such as the Quality Migrant Admission Scheme and the Admission Scheme for the Second Generation of Chinese Hong Kong Permanent Residents. For those who plan to study or work in Hong Kong, the sessions will be particularly useful for them to find out how this Asia’s world city is a prosperous place to develop their career.   Affordable Art Fair Hong Kong 2018
The Affordable Art Fair Hong Kong 2018, to be held from 18 to 20 May, will exhibit over 115 galleries and showcase a diverse range of artworks from traditional ink painting, abstract canvases, stunning sculpture to eye-catching photography that fit different space, taste and budget.   Cheung Chau Bun Festival 2018
The Bun Festival, one of the liveliest Hong Kong festivals, will be held in Cheung Chau from 19 to 23 May. There will be huge bamboo mountains covered with handmade buns. The week-long event includes lion dances, drum beating and an exciting Bun Scrambling Competition. The highlight of the festival is the Piu Sik (Floating Colours) Parade which sees young children dressed in the guises of traditional deities and modern celebrities, balance on poles and accompanied by gongs and lion dancers, appearing to float above the crowds in a carnival-like procession.
