  The 10th Hong Kong International Lighting Fair (Spring Edition) returns in April. Last year’s fair welcomed a record of 1,340 exhibitors from 13 countries and regions, welcoming close to 21,000 buyers from 115 countries and regions.

  Hong Kong’s electronics industry is the largest merchandise export earner of the territory, reaching US$329 billion in 2017, up nine per cent year on year. As an important electronics trading hub in Asia, Hong Kong is the ideal location to stage influential trade fairs for industry players to explore business opportunities, preview upcoming trends and exchange market intelligence.  
   
  These two concurrent fairs provide an international platform for around 3,500 exhibitors to showcase their latest electronics products and cutting-edge ICT solutions to global buyers. In 2017, the twin fairs welcomed more than 94,000 buyers from 138 countries and regions.  
     
     
  HKTDC Hong Kong Houseware Fair

  The houseware industry has always been promising. According to Statista, a leading statistics companies, the worldwide revenue in the "Furniture & Homeware" segment amounts to USD182 billion in 2018 with an expected annual growth rate of 11.8%. Huge potential can be seen in Asia, especially the Chinese mainland market. The same report shows that most revenue is generated in the Chinese mainland (over USD68 billion). The Hong Kong Houseware Fair provides an incomparable platform to explore opportunities from the fast-growing Chinese mainland market.  
     
     
  HKTDC Hong Kong International Home Textiles and Furnishings Fair

  The HKTDC Hong Kong International Home Textiles and Furnishings Fair is returning this 20-23 April at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Entering its ninth edition, the fair is a dedicated sourcing platform and an information exchange hub for fine home textiles.

One-stop Sourcing of Household-related Products and Textiles
The fair will be held concurrently with the HKTDC Hong Kong Houseware Fair, which is the largest event of its kind in Asia. The twin fairs together will form a one-stop sourcing platform to meet buyers’ needs for all kinds of household items and home textiles. Last year, more than 48,000 buyers from 111 countries and regions visited the two fairs, among them, close to 19,000 buyers came for the Home Textiles Fair.

Leading Design Trends at the Hall of Glamour
This year, over 290 global exhibitors are expected to come and present a vibrant selection of textile products. Exhibitors are clearly categorised under seven theme zones to ensure an easy-to-navigate setting and superior sourcing experience.
 
     
     
  HKTDC Hong Kong Gifts & Premium Fair  
  The 33rd Hong Kong Gifts & Premium Fair will be held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre from 27-30 April. This year, the Fair will welcome over 4,300 worldwide exhibitors, forming the world's largest marketplace of its kind and providing effective one-stop marketing and sourcing platform.

Group Pavilions Unveil Global Product Trends
The world's largest Gifts & Premium Fair attracted close to 47,000 buyers from 138 countries and regions last year. This year, the Fair will welcome over 4,300 exhibitors from the globe, gathering a wide spectrum of gifts and premium. Various participating countries and regions will establish group pavilions, namely the Chinese mainland, Taiwan, Macau, Japan, Korea, Thailand, the United Kingdom, Italy and more.

As an international gifts trading hub, Hong Kong's gifts industry has long been highly regarded by global buyers. This year, the Hong Kong Exporters' Association is again organising pavilion, showcasing the originality and competitive edge of local enterprises at three major zones: Smart Design Village, Isle of Originality and Brand Oasis.

Debut of the World of Camping & Outdoor Goods
The countdown of a number of international sporting events has begun. Major events such as FIFA World Cup, Asian Games and Winter Olympic Games in 2018 see enormous opportunities in gifts industry. In face of prevailing sporting passion and pursue of healthy lives, the World of Camping & Outdoor Goods will be launched to provide a variety of climbing packs and daypacks, diving products, camping gear and various sports items.
 
     
     
  Hong Kong International Printing & Packaging Fair

  The 2017 Hong Kong International Printing & Packaging Fair featured more than 440 exhibitors from eight countries and regions, showcasing a broad spectrum of printing and packaging solutions. Catering to the printing and packaging needs of different industries, the fair comprised the De Luxe Zone, the Green Printing & Packaging Solutions zone, the Food & Beverage Packaging Solutions zone and two new zones: Printing and Packaging Solutions for Fashion & Accessories and Innovative Retail Display Solutions.  
     
     
  HKTDC Hong Kong International Medical Devices and Supplies Fair  
  7-9 May 2018  
     
  The eighth HKTDC Hong Kong International Medical Devices and Supplies Fair concluded its three-day run today. Organised by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) and co-organised by the Hong Kong Medical and Healthcare Device Industries Association (HKMHDIA), the fair welcomed more than 10,700 buyers from 62 countries and regions, up 7 per cent over the previous year.

“With the ageing population and advancement in medical technologies, there is immense growth potential in the medical supplies and products market,” said HKTDC Deputy Executive Director Benjamin Chau. “The Medical Fair showcased a wide selection of medical devices and supplies, attracting industry players from around the world. This year, buyer attendance from mature markets such as Japan, Korea, Switzerland and the UK, together with emerging markets, including the Chinese mainland, India, the Philippines, Thailand and Russia, recorded satisfactory growth, indicating there is flourishing demand for medical products and services across many markets.”
