  Christchurch Lantern Festival and Workshop
HKETO will join one of the Christchurch’s largest and most popular events – the Christchurch Lantern Festival 2018 which will be held on 10 and 11 March at Avon River Precinct and Cathedral Square. Come and experience the Chinese culture amidst hundreds of lanterns, delicious food stalls, crafts, fireworks and entertainment.   "Hong Kong - The Gateway to Success" business seminar in Auckland
HKETO has partnered with the Auckland Chamber of Commerce in organising "Hong Kong - The Gateway to Success" business seminar on 12 March at Stamford Plaza Hotel, Auckland. Director-General of Invest Hong Kong, Mr Stephen Phillips, will be one of the speakers. The half day seminar will discuss the unparalleled business opportunities within Hong Kong and how Hong Kong, as the gateway to China, presents unequalled opportunities for New Zealand and Australian companies as an import and export destination, as well as attracting investment for both markets.   Hong Kong Sevens
Hong Kong Sevens is back! Kicking off in 1976, the Hong Kong Sevens has become one of the most popular annual sporting events in Asia. Each year, the Hong Kong Sevens attracts the world's greatest teams to join the competition. The event has grown from 12 teams in front of 3,000 people at the Hong Kong Football Club in 1976 to today's with 28 teams playing in front of 120,000 spectators in total. This year, the Hong Kong Sevens will kick off with a concert at the Queen Elizabeth Stadium on 5 April. Then, the three-day extravaganza Hong Kong Sevens will be held at the Hong Kong Stadium from 6 to 8 April. Read more here.
