  Asian Logistics and Maritime Conference  
  22-23 November, 2016  
     
  The Asian Logistics and Maritime Conference (ALMC) brings together logistics and maritime services providers and users, including manufacturers, traders and distributors, to exchange market intelligence and explore business opportunities in the region. The sixth edition of ALMC will return on 22 – 23 Nov 2016 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Discussions this year will focus on several hot topics including China’s “Belt and Road” initiative and the 13th Five-Year Plan, and the latest development in Cross-border Ecommerce. The programme will be divided into three main tracks, namely SCM & Logistics Forum, Maritime Forum and Air Freight Forum. The event is expected to attract 2,000 industry players from around the world. It is bound to be an ideal platform for players from the logistics, shipping and maritime sectors to exchange latest market intelligence and expand business connections.

  Three December trade fairs with an eye on the future

  The Business of IP Asia Forum (BIP Asia), InnoDesignTech Expo and the World SME Expo are held concurrently in Hong Kong from 1-3 December. BIP Asia brings together IP professionals and business leaders from all over the world to discuss the latest developments in the IP world, and to explore business collaboration opportunities. The InnoDesignTech Expo is a world-class exposition of innovations, presenting the latest practical technologies and design solutions to help trading, manufacturing and service sector to enhance their capacity to supply world markets. The World SME Expo presents a full spectrum of business opportunities and solutions ranging from China Opportunities, Overseas Opportunities, Financial Services, IT and E-Business, China Trade Strategies, Start a Business, Business Intelligence, Business Support Services, Legal, Accounting, Consulting, Marketing and other trade support services for SMEs.  
     
     
  Four huge trade events in January in Hong Kong

  From 9-12 January, 2017, Hong Kong will play host to four of the world’s biggest trade fairs: Toys & Games Fair, Baby Products Fair, International Licensing Show and the International Stationery Show. The prestigious Asian Licensing Conference will also be held during this period.   Asian Financial Forum (AFF)  
  16-17 January, 2017  
     
  The Asian Financial Forum (AFF) brings together some of the most influential members of the global financial and business community to discuss developments and trends in the dynamic markets of Asia. In 2016, over 90 internationally respected leaders in government, financial and business sectors gathered for ground-breaking discussions about opportunities and challenges facing Asia.

The ninth AFF attracted more than 2,800 participants from 38 countries and regions, about 85% of them were CEOs and senior decision makers. More than 550 journalists and media representatives attended the forum.
 
     
 

AFF Deal Flow Matchmaking Session - During the AFF Deal Flow Matchmaking Session, one-on-one meetings were arranged between sources of funds and sources of deals. Over the years, 3,200+ meetings were arranged for more than 1,400 companies involving investment project owners, private equity firms, investors, high net-worth individuals and senior professionals from intermediaries and professional services providers.   Hong Kong Fashion Week for Fall/Winter

  World's second largest and Asia's largest fashion event organised by the HKTDC and held at the HKCEC, the Hong Kong Fashion Week for Fall / Winter offers a fantastic spread of the very latest in apparel, accessories and fashion-related products from high-end fashion to mass merchandise, to buyers from all over the world.  
     
     
  Hong Kong International Diamond, Gem & Pearl Show (28 Feb-4 March, 2017) and the Hong Kong International Jewellery Show (2-6 March, 2017).  
     
  The Hong Kong International Diamond, Gem & Pearl Show, held at the AsiaWorld-Expo, is a specialised trade platform for loose stones and raw materials. A wide range of diamonds, pearls, precious and semi-precious stones will be showcased to buyers from all over the world. The Hong Kong International Jewellery Show offers a wide range of finished jewellery to buyers from all over the world, including silver, jade and antique jewellery. The show also features watches & clocks, jewellery accessories, jewellery display and packaging materials and jewellery tools & equipment. Together the two fairs form the world’s largest marketplace for the jewellery industry. The 2016 events featured more than 4,380 exhibitors and drew more than 80,000 trade visitors from 147 countries and regions.
